CORA Names Jason Reser Executive Director to Lead 375-Mile Trail Vision Across Greater Cincinnati

CORA has named Jason Reser as its new Executive Director. Reser will lead CORA’s bold vision to expand its network from 120 miles to 375 miles of accessible, connected trails that link more neighborhoods and communities across the region.

Reser previously served as CORA’s Trail Development Director, where he played a critical role in expanding access to natural surface trails. Through strong partnerships with municipalities, foundations, government agencies, and trail advocacy groups, he helped position CORA as a leading force in sustainable trail development and outdoor recreation.

These trails are for more than just recreation,” said Reser. “They are about connection to nature, to each other, and to the neighborhoods we call home. I am honored to help lead the charge to bring this transformative vision to life.”

As Executive Director, Reser will guide CORA’s strategy to deliver more miles of trail access to outdoor spaces. CORA’s five-year strategic goals include:

- 375 miles of accessible, connected neighborhood trails

- 14 bike skills parks and bicycle playgrounds

- 4 regional bike parks

When kids grow up riding bikes, they’re more likely to stay active as adults,” Reser adds. “Our investment in bike parks helps create fun, safe spaces where young riders can build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for the outdoors.

These goals align with CORA’s mission to create a connected, accessible trail system that supports the joy, health, and well-being of all neighbors in Greater Cincinnati. Learn more about CORA’s five-year trail expansion plan in our blog post.
