Jason Reser
Executive Director
Jason has deep community roots in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region. He joined the CORA Board of Directors in 2014, became Trail Development Director in 2019, and stepped into the role of Executive Director in 2025, where he leads the charge to build one of the top community trail systems in the country.
Beyond CORA, Jason serves as a commissioner on the Kentucky Bicycle and Bikeway Commission and as president of the Ohio Trails Partnership, connecting the region’s trail work to policy and partnerships across two states.
Diana Bolton
Trail Program Manager
Diana’s connection to the outdoors deepened her commitment to the natural world. With a background in Environmental Science and Landscape Architecture, Diana joined CORA in spring 2025 as the Trail Program Manager. In her role, she focuses on sustainable trail design, placemaking, and community engagement, leading volunteer groups to co-create trail systems that reflect the needs and voices of the people who use them.
Jaki Howser
Communications & Engagement Specialist
Jaki began her journey on two wheels as a cyclist, finding her passion for mountain biking in 2020. With a background in Marketing, Communications, and years as a musician in Cincinnati, Jaki joined CORA in fall 2024 as the Communications & Engagement Specialist. In her role, she focuses on amplifying CORA's impact and voice through compelling storytelling and community involvement.
Isaac Hunter-Linville
Operational Support Specialist
Isaac is an avid member of the cycling community in the Greater Cincinnati region with a passion for outdoor recreation. With experience in project management and a drive to make amazing outdoor spaces accessible to all, he was eager to join the CORA team as Administrative Coordinator in the summer of 2023. As a CORA staff member, he is responsible for facilitating communications, coordinating with our outstanding trail stewards and volunteers, and improving organizational efficiency.
Troy Warnken
Trail Crew Manager
Troy has been a foundational part of CORA for over 25 years, helping build many of the trails around Greater Cincinnati, serving as a past CORA president, and receiving of the organization's Lifetime Achievement Award. He was the lead trail architect for Mt. Airy, along with designing trails at Mitchell Memorial Forest, Terrell Park, and England Idlewild, to name a few. Troy is a trail building visionary, and the expansion of trails throughout our region is in great hands under his leadership.
Mitch Watson
Trail Specialist
Mitch’s journey with CORA began with his carpentry skills and passion for trail building, earning him the 2019 Golden Rhino Volunteer Award. From hand-building Devou’s Devils Backbone to leading the Sleepy Hollow updates, Mitch has dedicated years to enhancing local trails. After receiving certification in Mechanized Trail Building from Cam Lockwood of Trails Unlimited, he took on his first professional project with CORA, managing the construction and growth of Nighthawk Bike Park.
