This week, the trail crew improved one of the bridges on the Blue Trail at Harbin Park for the various trail users. This will create a safer trail experience for everyone.
Thanks to our strong relationship with the City of Fairfield Parks & Recreation, CORA has had a great season of trail work at Harbin Park, activating an eager volunteer program to help maintain the trails.
Our CORA Trail Crew is also making necessary upgrades to improve sustainability and much needed structural repairs. Over the past month, Trail Crew Manager Troy Warnken and Trail Specialist Mitch Watson have been removing downed trees and barriers throughout the trail system. We are excited to see continued improvements and community engagement here at Harbin!
